Nancy Serron’s treatment can be defined as manual (by hand) using a combination recoil (a springing action), visceral release, acupressure, myofascial release, breathing with active movements, soft tissue manipulation and energy work. Nancy’s treatment helped me to relax, relieved aching muscles, and after my first session, temporarily lifted my mood.
When I got home from my therapy and looked at my posture in the mirror, I discovered that my left shoulder was lower and more aligned with the right. I hadn’t seen this in a long time. In addition to feeling looser (un-cramped) internally, I slept well.
